Safety at Summer Camp

As always, the health and safety of our community is our top priority. Here’s what you can expect to see at Summer Camp.

MEDICAL-GRADE CLEANING

Disinfection Between Sessions
Between sessions, our team will fully disinfect all equipment with medical-grade disinfectants that are proven effective against coronavirus. 

Self-Serve Cleaning Products
We provide medical-grade disinfectant to make it easy for you to clean your own equipment. 

Hand Sanitizer
We provide touch-free hand sanitizer stations, filled with a sanitizer that contains 70% percent ethyl alcohol, exceeding the CDC’s recommendation for the covid-19 virus.

physical distancing

We limit capacity and set up each session to ensure every member has at least a 7-foot radius of their own space during workouts (10 feet in many cases). Coaches will maintain appropriate distance: Hands-on help will be provided only for safety purposes.

NO SHARED EQUIPMENT

We’ve engineered our workouts so you don’t have to share equipment during sessions.

HEALTH VERIFICATION

Health Verification
Members are required to confirm they are not experiencing symptoms, and have not been in contact with someone who has covid-19, when booking an appointment.

Exposure Notifications
Members are asked to contact memberexperience@cityfitnessphilly.com immediately if they test positive for covid-19 within 14 days of their last Summer Camp visit. We will notify anyone who was potentially exposed over email.

CAMP COMMUNITY CODE

Community safety is a team effort. We need your help!

Stay home if you're sick or have been exposed
Confirm that you are not experiencing symptoms, and have not been in contact with someone who has covid-19, when you book a session.

Bring your own water, towel, & mat
We encourage you to bring water, a small towel, and a mat. Company mats are available and complimentary if you need one. Bottled water and other drinks will be available for purchase.

Bring a mask
Masks are required when entering and moving throughout the Summer Camp space. In line with city guidelines, masks are optional when you’re exercising outdoors as long as you’re able to maintain at least 6 feet of distance from others. (Our spaces are arranged to make sure everyone has at least 7 feet of space from others during workouts.)

Wipe down equipment
Wipe down all equipment with disinfectant before and after every use.

Practice good hand hygiene
Use the hand sanitizer to clean your hands when you enter and as needed throughout your visit.  If you do have to sneeze and you do not have your mask on, please sneeze into your towel or elbow.

Notify us ASAP
