How to Make a City Fitness Reservation

There are two ways to reserve a spot at City Fitness: Through our website or through our app. See below for instructions for each. Follow this process for all types of reservations: gym time, classes, WE/FIT, and Thrive. We’ll see you at the club!

You cannot enter the gym unless you have an appointment scheduled.

You can book starting 25 hours before the appointment.

You can cancel up to 1 hour before the appointment starts.

Members can book 1 visit per day. There are no limits on how many visits you can book per week.

If you are booking a studio or Thrive session, you only need to book that session—you don’t also have to reserve gym time.

How to Book a Spot Online
  1. Go to the MICO website.
  • Sign in to your MICO account using your username and password.
  • If you forgot your username and password, please select forgot username or password and follow the prompts to recover your username or reset your password. An email will be sent to the email address you used when you originally registered for your MICO account.
  1. Select the Classes tab in the top left corner.
  • If you need to book at a different location, you can toggle to other locations that you have access to by clicking the location name at the top of the page.
  1. Click Enroll Now next to your session of choice.
  • When making a reservation, a terms and conditions prompt will appear. All members must complete a health declaration before each visit. As part of this health declaration:
  • You agree to not come to the club if you have any symptoms related to COVID-19 or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19
  • You agree to wear a mask when entering/exiting the club and in all common areas 
  • You agree to follow all guidance from local officials while in the club
  • You agree to disinfect all equipment before and after use
  • If you can’t agree to the statements above, you may not visit City Fitness at this time. If you can agree, check the box to confirm. 
  1. Click Enroll in Class
  1. Click My Activities in the top left corner to review your reservations, cancel a reservation, or to remove yourself from a waitlist.
How to Book a Spot on the City Fitness App

1. Open the City Fitness app. 

If you’ve never used the app before, follow these instructions to set it up:

  1. If you don’t already have a MICO account, register for one here.
  2. Go to the App Store, search for “City Fitness,” and download the City Fitness app.
  3. Open the app. At the bottom of the screen, select Login/Sign Up.
  4. Select Create Account at the bottom of the next page.
  5. Select your home club and enter your barcode number and personal information. You will then be asked to create another username and password. This is separate from your MICO username and password, but you can use the same info. Click Submit.
  6. On the next page, in the top right corner, select Go to App.
  7. Once you’re in the app, open the “My Account” tile and enter your MICO username and password. This is where you’ll be able to update your billing info and register for classes.

2. Click Find a Class in the top left corner.

  1. If you need to book at a different location, you can toggle to other locations that you have access to by clicking “Locations” at the bottom of the page.

3. Select Your Session and Click Book Now.
