City Fitness’ iTrain team provides you with a comprehensive suite of programs and services to ensure you reach your desired fitness potential. To achieve your wellness target, you will be asked to participate in each of the following Fitness Services with an expert iTrainer who will help you create your new 2010 “Fitness Strategy.”

New Member Orientation

Transforming your body requires more than just throwing on some sweats and lifting weights. iTrain will provide every client with extensive education and information needed to achieve their personal fitness goals. We meet with our clients one-on-one to determine your goals, lifestyles, strengths and challenges. There will never be any mysteries with our mission - iTrain will fully explain all of our services to you.

Fitness Assessment

Before jumping into the ring, you need to know where you stand. iTrain will perform a comprehensive exam to determine your fitness baseline. We will measure your strength, endurance, body composition and flexibility. Once we know where you are, we can determine where you need to go and how to get there. A solid fitness assessment will help you better understand where your health and wellness is now, and how we can improve it through iTrain services.

Fitness Clinics

To help you achieve your wellness goals, iTrain offers small group sessions that cover key fitness lessons. We offer clinics in cardio fitness, circuit training, split routines, strength training and more. The clinics are designed to help every iTrain client maximize their time working-out and to ensure our clients approach their goals with the proper knowledge to achieve maximum results.

Personal Training Programs

One of the quickest and most effective ways to adopt positive lifestyle changes and achieve your fitness goals is through personal training. iTrain offers three unique training platforms to develop your wellness strategy: Individual, Partner and Small Team (3-5).

Individual : Every client will work one-on-one with an iTrain Personal Trainer. This platform emphasizes on repitition, reliability and intensity. This is the most effective and reliable route to quick achievement of fitness goals.

Partner : Husbands and wives, boyfriends and girlfriends, significant others, roommates and best friends can take advantage of this dual program that offers personalized training through a collaborative spirit.

Small Team : iTrain coaches will work with a team of 3 to 5 people. These small groups provide motivation and support to those sharing similar fitness goals.

Each of these platforms is offered in convenient 3 to12 month packages that can be developed to fit your budget and personal needs.
